Hi...can we bill for 3 stents in 3 different vessels (not any branches)? Pt had a stent placed in the RI, LD, and LC...92928-RI, 92928-LD, and 92928-LC. Can I get paid? thanks sandy:o

This would be correct, yes, and you should be paid. I do have one insurance company, though, that I keep fighting because they keep telling me 92928 can be used only once (even though 92928 is a per vessel code...)
