Can 31237 & 30300 be billed together? There is no CCI edit. Pt had 30520 performed on 02/15/22. Came back 05/04/22 and 31237 was performed but also FBR RT nasal cavity. This may be a tube inserted during 30520? I need to query the provider about that but maybe someone already knows.
NASAL ENDOSCOPY: After informed consent was obtained, topical
anesthetic and decongestant were sprayed in patient's right and
left nasal cavity, and the left to infiltrate for approximately five minutes.
Septum: well healed
