Does anyone have any experience with providers performing the insertion of a Reveal LINQ device as an outpatient procedure at a facility/hospital, where the facility 'owns' the device? As I understand it the code includes the professional and technical component and cannot be 'split' into professional and technical using the 26 and TC modifiers.
