Does anyone have any knowledge of 340B Billing in the office setting? I am especially concerned with Medicare and Medicaid in the state of NC. From the articles I've found online, it seems we are only allowed to bill 'invoice price'. Also, can we bill more than invoice price to commercial carriers?
