Can 35475 and 36831 be reported together?
They are not bundled by NCCI, but 36831 is a "separate procedure" designation.

36831 is percutaneous and 35475 is open, so I don't understand how 36831 could be considered a component of 35475.

Any help would be appreciated.

36851-Thrombectomy, open, arteriovenous fistula without revision and 35475-Transluminal balloon angioplasty, percutaneous; brachiocephalic trunk or branches, each vessel are not related and are separately billable. I suspect they are being preformed for separate reasons. As long as you link the appropriate diagnosis to each code you should be OK.
