I know this has been discussed before however I can't find an answer to my question.
I work in a rural clinic and when a patient has to be transported to the hospital we always put in the catheter for the ambulance. Can we charge 36000? When I do it comes back denied. Is there any way we can get paid for this service? I have added a -59 but still denied.
