Wiki 36010 denial with 93531

I am getting a denial on 36010 with a -59 modifier as included in another code. It is being billed with 76937-26, 75825-26, 73567, 93531-26, 93568, and 36011. Can somebody give me some insight as to why? Do I need a -51 modifier in addition? Thanks in advance.
