Just a quick question...
Can 36147 be billed with 36556, 76937 if documented and done on the same report??
 
whoops I did not even see that code yes because 36147 includes the S&I but if you are doing these in separate vessels I would say it would be appropriate to bill both procedures with a 59 modifier
