My doctor did two surgeries on this patient in the same day at different times. My question is in both sessions he billed 36224 (50) Can I bill this more than once because they were at different times of the same day. Can I bill it with a 76 repeat procedure or can I bill it X2 or do I just bill it once even though it was at two sessions.
