I have a provider asking if he can bill a blood drawn in a skilled nursing facility (99306-99310) due to the prior company doing it issues and they have no one to do them.
Needless to say I’m finding 36415 being appropriate but having issues finding it on the Medicare Fee Schedule as most of our patients are Medicare.
We are the professional providers seeing patients in the facilities doing our own billing separate from the facility.
