If a patient has blood drawn by a physician who bills 36415, but sends the bloodwork out to a lab, the lab should not be billing the 36415 on their claim since they did not collect the blood draw. Is this correct?

Blood draw

You are 100% right!, your office bills for the blood draw. The lab are crazy if they trying to get a payment for something they did not do.
