How many of you are billing during a ep/cardiac ablation procedure, the 36620 arterial catherization for monitoring purposes and being paid?
I know that Medicare does not pay for this extra, but I have heard that many others allow it and ARE paid?
Our compliance department tells us not to bill this because of Medicare rules.
