Can anyone clarify for me if CPT 36005 is included in 37191? I'm thinking it may be but wanted to check.

According to CCI it it's bundled

37191 includes catheter placement and all imaging performed (including U/S Vascular Access)

Yes it is. Code 37191 encompasses all of the services for new IVC filter placement, so you should not separately report components of the service, such as catheterization or venography.
