Help! I am refuting a refund request.....I need to find the references for 37204 and 37187. Namely the CPT Assistant Sept 98, Oct 98, and Febr 2008 as well as the CPT Changes: An Insider's View from 2006. Does anyone have access to this that they can either fax or e-mail to me? Reply to this message and I will furnish you with either one.
