Can anyone verify the estimate cost of procedure 37221 (Revascularization, endovascular, open or percutaneous, iliac artery, unilateral, initial vessel; with transluminal stent placement(s), includes angioplasty within same vessel, when performed.) I'm coming up with an estimate of around $35,000.00 for the R.I. area. Can that be true? It seems extremely high.
