Good morning all,
I am running into my system is is looking for modifier on 37253. primary 37224 RT 1 unit 37252 1 unit 37253 2 unit 75716 XU 1 unit. Do I need a modifier on 37253? My understanding is add on codes shouldnt need a modifier unless its bilateral ect. This is Medicare billing.
