I have a patient who came in for Biopsy and aspiration were obtained for morphology and flow cytogenetics from the right posterior iliac crest, and a biopsy was obtained from the left posterior iliac crest. Since there were two bx done would this be coded as 38221, 38221-59, G0364 or 38220-59, 38221
