Indication: Polyclonal gammopathy, thrombocytopenia, and macrocytosis. Clinical concern for bone marrow disorder. During fluoroscopic and cone beam CT guidance, right posterior iliac crest bone marrow aspiration and core biopsy was performed. "Cone beam CT was performed throughout this procedure and 3D advanced post-processing was performed using an independent workstation with active physician participation and supervision." Is 76377 separately billable during CT guided biopsy? Thank you.
