I have been getting denials for 76376 when paired with 74178. There is documentation that shows the 3D rendering is needed, but I am unsure of how to handle the denial. Is there a modifier that's appropriate? 76 and 59 don't seem to fit.

I am also getting denials for 76000 when paired with 74000. Anyone have any experience handling this denial?
