For those of you who do radiology billing and are familiar with 3T vs 1.5T, can we charge a higher fee for 3T MRI? Are there category III codes that specify 3T MRI?
 
No, you are billing for the procedure. T or Tesla (not the car) is a measurement for the magnetic field in the MRI. The only code in the HCPCS is S8037 for MRCP - MR cholangiopancreatography.
