I’m not sure where to go with this one. I have been told this would be coded as 43274 and 43276. That doesn’t seem quite right to me. I would really appreciate some advice:
Report says: one stent originating in the biliary tree was emerging from the major papilla. Removed with a snare. Biliary tree swept. Sludge swept. Two stents placed into the common bile duct.
