I need to price and set wRVUs for this code but it is Carrier Priced so I have no pricing data or RVU data to use. What would be a similar code to use specifically for pricing and setting RVUs. I was thinking 64595 since it is rev/rem of gastric neurostimulator generator/receiver. Any thoughts would be welcome.
