can someone please advise of the following:

Polypectomy site was noted at the hepatic flexure with clip loosely in place, actively oozing. This was injected with epinephrine 1:10000, 2cc in four quadrants with apparent hemostasis. The original clip fell off and one clip misfied, but 3 clips were successfully deployed at/around the polypectomy site with complete hemostasis achieved.

Can 45382 be billed for both the epinephine and the clips?

Based upon the info provided, and this is not the same session as the polypectomy, I would only bill for the control bleed. The provider was attempting to control the bleeding with two methods, but the "same site" rule applies.
