Amerihealth has denied several claims of mine with 45388 & 45385. I am fairly new at GI coding, other payers are paying them, The way it was billed is 45388 & 45385 XS. Is this correct?
 
I am trying to figure this out myself, i have been advised to use either 59 or XU, depending on the payor.
