Procedure - CT fluoroscopic assisted catheter drainage is performed on right and left pelvis for pelvic fluid collection. There are 2 separate reports for RT and LT.
CPT code for this procedure is 49406, but bilateral modifiers are not applicable for this code.
So kindly suggest if i can bill it with 2 units or skip one report and bill with only one unit.
