I need guidance as to whether the following example should be inclusive of each other. The insurance is trying to bundle but I feel they should not and there is not a CCI edit on the two codes.

Diagnostic laparoscopy with a right salpingectomy and repair of an incisional hernia due to an old cesarean section.


I need to do an appeal on this surgery and would like to get your advice.
