Wiki 4th degree laceration

hi need some help here.
patient had vaginal delivery done with Dr A. Dr B(same group as Dr A) did 4th degree laceration repair. can i still bill the repair although they are in same group? or do i add mod 22 on the delivery with Dr A?

Repairs of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations can be billed either with a 22 or with a separate repair code from the integumentary section, if they have given enough information to use the code. So if they gave length of the repair, depth, etc. you could possibly bill under Dr B.
