is a 51 modifier need on the second and third codes????
 
Modifier 51 is not billed anymore these days. The payer system will pick which one to reduce no matter what you do.
And no on these codes no mod 51 or 59 on codes classified as add-on codes, they don't reduce for professional and are packaged under ASC facility
