Hello,

Doctor listed codes 51728, 51797 and 52000.

51728 and 51797 have dx of N31.0, N32.81, G82.50

52000 has a dx of N21.0.

Does this meet the requirements of separately billable?

If yes, is there a resource you can point to support an appeal?
