Ncci says to use a 52 modifier on post reduction xrays. Should this be use for technical and/or professional component? We bill only professional.
 
NCCI Policy manual says that does not apply to OPPS.
The 52 is there for the professional interpretation because generally the interpretation is only to look at the fracture to make sure it is aligned and not a complete diagnostic study.
