I billed 52000 and 51610.51. I got denied the 52000 saying it is considered to be part of the payment for another service on the same day. Patient has Aetna insurance. I looked it up in the CCI edits, and it doesn't state that it is bundled. Any advice?
 
Appeal to Aetna with your CCI edits showing there is no bundling, but this bundling edit may be particular to Aetna. Under these circumstances appeals are often denied.
