Wiki 52000 and 52001 on same day, separate encounters

I have a provider who saw patient in the office and performed CPT 52000. The patient later that day was taken into the operating room at a hospital and CPT 52001 was performed by the same provider. I know that normally on the same claim these two codes cannot be billed together, but can they be billed on the same day since there are separate encounters and two different places of service?
