Both procedure codes were done on the Right side - a modifier is allowed to bypass the edit. i am stuck on the modifier because the provider went into the ureter and needed to treat the stricture then the stone.

He then went to the left side an did 52005 which also bundles into 52341 and 52356 - but 52005 was on the left.
