We have a patient with an epidermal penile cyst. For the excision, would you code with 54060 or use the codes 11420-11426?

You would bill the anatomy specific code. Its more complex and more things are taken into consideration due to the anatomy. A lot more damage can be done as well if one is not extremely careful.
