Hi,
Please do let me know if both these codes are inclusive is 56501 inclusive of 56630

56630 - vulvectomy radical partial

56501 - destruction of lesion on vulva simple

the provider did a partial radical vulvectomy of the right side - 56630 and also using electrosurgery removed the condylomas in the labia majora of the right side- 56501

how can this e coded - should i just code the 56630 or 56630 and 56501 - 59.

since the physician is performing a partial vulvectomy of the right side will the destruction of the condylomas really matter.

please help me
