Does 57106 include a reconstuction of the rest of the vagina that is not removed?
I have a pt with bladder cancer who had the anterior vaginal wall removed with the bladder. After the bladder was removed, the rest of the vagina was mobolized and closure was provided in a clam-shell like fashion. Oh, and I forgot to mention this was done laparoscopically, so I'm looking at unlisted?
