Question 57425 and 58660

I have an example where we have billed 57425 & 57240. My Provider is stating that they spent 2 hours performing enterolysis which is supported in the op note. She is asking us to bill 58660 in addition to 57425 and 57240. To my understanding you cannot bill 58660 because it is included in 57425, so we added modifier 22 to 57425. Is this correct?
