Pt presented with a pos preg test. Ultrasound showed clear. Doctor did a vacuum aspiration. No fetal tissue was found or removed through the aspiration.

It isn't an induced abortion, it isn't treatment of an incomplete abortion. I am unsure of what the correct procedure would be. Thank you for your help.
