Wiki 58210 radical hysterectomy w/ omentectomy?

Does anyone know if 58210 Radical abdominal hysterectomy, with bilateral total pelvic lymphadenectomy and para-aortic lymph node sampling (biopsy), with or without removal of tube(s), with or without removal of ovary includes omentectomy? or what additional code would be used for this? Is it perhaps considered incidental when done with radical hysterectomy?

Yes, it is for ovarian cancer. I was just concerned with using 58951 since it's for total abdominal hysterectomy and not radical hysterectomy... what are your thoughts?

I think you had another recent post about this. I would use 58210 since hysterectomy is radical. Omentectomy 49255 bundles into 58210.
