58340-SIS..Does the Doc have to dictate?

Is it enough to bill 58340 from the radiologist's documentation that Dr. Smith injected the saline, or does the Dr. Smith have to dictate the procedure to bill?

I would think that the best practice is that Dr. Smith dictate his part of the procedure in order to bill.
