Pt lives in a rural area. Is currently 1 day postpartum from a birthing center. sent to ASC to have tubal, then returned to the birthing center to complete her post partum stay. 58600 or 58605. I'm thinking 58605. Am I correct?
 
It should have needed a transfer to another facility and done by another physician(?), I feel it should have 58600, the procedure having belonged to another facility and the operating physician.

Yea ,we need yet another opinion in this who has experienced billing.
