Doc dictates he used a fenestrated bipolar and spatula, he mobilized and lysed adhesions involving the ovary fallopian tube bowel omentum and pelvic peritoneum.

That is exactly what the op report says, I'm thinking commas should have been added. Would is still be 58660 with the bowel omentum area?
