Wiki 58950-58954 Ovarian Mets from colon primary

Does anyone know if it is appropriate to use CPT codes 58950 through 58954 for resection of ovarian cancer that is Mets from the colon instead of primary ovarian cancer?

The codes don't specify that the ovarian cancer needs to be primary - they are used for initial (first!) resection of the disease. So yes, I would think they could be used for metastatic ovarian cancer resection.
