We are seeing denials from Cox Health Plans for 96110 billed with a 59 modifier.
For example,
99392, mod 25
90460
90633
96110 mod 59
The M-CHAT/autism evaluation questionnaire is only done at WCC visits at 18 and 24 months, so should be considered a distinct service, correct?
They aren't denying PHQ/96127 with modifier 59 at teenagers' WCCs.
