59812 following an iduced abortion

Hi, I have a physician who performed a D&E on a patient who had an induced abortion a few days earlier. I believe 59812 is appropriate.

59812 is listed as 'treatment of incomplete abortion, completed surgically, first trimester'. However our biller is wanting to use an non specific code b/c this was an induced vs spontaneous abortion.
