patient came for missed abortion admited on 11/01/16 and 59855 done (Induced abortion, by 1 or more vaginal suppositories (eg, prostaglandin) with or without cervical dilation (eg, laminaria), including hospital admission and visits, delivery of fetus and secundines) on 11/02/16 ,please clarify need to code admit on 11/01/16?
 
Was it a missed AB or SAB? How far along was the patient? Missed AB should be coded to 59820 or 59821 depending on 1st trimester vs 2nd trimester
