Can anyone help! I'm having trouble getting 61795(Stereotactic Computer assistance Guidence) paid by Blue Shield. They continue to deny this code as inclusive to the primary procedure code 61583(Cranial Facial Approach). I checked all coding edit systems and found no bundling issues exist. Does anyone have any advise?
 
Problem Solved!

I didn't know which code editing tool Blue Shield was using. Most insurances use McKesson Clear Claim Connection now in days, so I assumed that was the one Blue Shield was using. I just found out Blue Shield uses NCCI edits and procedure code 61795 is a column 2 code to 61583. Thanks anyways.
