This s a not a medicare patient. Booking comes across s 62290 -injection procedure or discography. Coworker says we are ok because its not a medicare patient.I thought with my understanding if its not on Medicarelist than it not an approved code ,no atter what insurance it is?unless its self pay or carved out in contract, any thoughts on this ?
 
That is on the list but has an N1 payment indicator....but yes your right if it is not on the list and not carved out or self pay your out of luck. :)
