I had posted in Ortho forum, but did not receive any answers, so thought I would try this one!

Our physician is doing ESI's under fluoro (62311). I know that you cannot bill for the injection of contrast material, but can you bill for the contrast material itself?(Q9965). I am thinking no, but we have had mixed answers.
