9 PATIENT had a epidural steroid injection on L3-4 WITH a catheter retrograde to L4-5
so DO I code 62311 with 62319, since it states catheter?
 
There is a thread in anestheisa/pain forum posted in January regarding this. I believe 62319 is for an indwelling cath.
